EBAG fused its both energy distribution companies BEWAG and BEGAS 01.10.2012, this fusion was tracked in SAP.

Customizing - Implementation (automated)

By EBAG given cust. tables were changed due to the master data mappings with the help of transfer programs created by LL Consulting.

SAP FI/CO Migration

Existing documents in FI / CO have not changed but exclusively new documents were generated with the help of migration programs in company code 0015 and cost accounting code 0015.

-  Assumption of General Ledger accounts balances
-  Open items at key date XX.XX.XXX of creditors were migrated
-  All other FI-documents before XX.XX.XXX (fiscal years before XXXX) are not considered
-  FI-documents from the key date were migrated individually

SAP IS-U Migration

Conversion of the common database was requested considering  company code 6015 to 0015 (Conversion of historical transaction data by maintenance of previous document numbers). All contracts accounts and contracts of the company codes 6015 were determined together with the dependent transaction data. Subsequently the replacing data like company code, cost center, general ledger account were changed in original document. All changes were protocoled. After migration was FI-CA to FI recovered.
