Unsere Wasserkraft & Stadtwerken Graz, Austria

Energy Steiermark (ESTAG) plans to integrate customer data its subcompany  Unsere Wasserkraft (UWK)  in the common budget billing plan EULVIS. Currently, the customer management and budget billing plan to bill-e is performed by ASP solution from Siemens Business Services. This solution is based on SAP R / 3 standard branch solution IS-U in release. Due the decision of UWK to perform the migration in the so-called model of cooperation, Siemens Business Services created an appropriate fine concept. This concept describes on the basis of previously workshops in Graz and Vienna and otherwise provided informations, the data delivery from bill-e in the corresponding EULVIS import interface.
